Q: How long do the Discover Your City Tours last?
A: The typical Tour lasts about 2 hours in length with additional time added at each end for transit time from your Tour starting point. Thus, must Tours last about 3 hours total time. The only exception is the Special Ethnic Market Tour which lasts all day long from 9:00 a.m-4:00 p.m.
Q: What age groups can attend a Discover Your City Tour?
A: Past Tour participants have ranged in age from 5-90 years old. The Tours are recommended for age Junior High School up through adults.
Q: When can my group schedule a Discover Your City Tour?
A: Past Tours have taken place in all 12 months of the year. Although most Tours take place during the peak Tour season of April-November. Tours have been scheduled for every day of the week and from taken place from 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. Many Tour groups prefer to meet on a Saturday morning or on Sunday afternoon after church or on a Wed. evening as part of church program or missions event but it's up to you to schedule the best time for your Tour group. Most Tours are booked at least 3 weeks prior to the Tour date but many Tours are booked months ahead of time to guarantee the date you wish. Tours are booked on first come first serve basis.
Q: Will we stop and eat on the Discover Your City Tour?
A: Some Tour groups add in an extra hour and include lunch/supper at an ethnic restaurant. This is up to you so please let us know and we can recommend an appropriate place to meet your group's needs.
Q: Will we get off the bus during the Discover Your City Tour?
A: Most Tours include a brief 15 minute stop at an ethnic mall where participants are able walk around and try an ethnic snack.
Q: Will we pray on the Discover Your City Tour?
A: Most Tours include a brief time of prayer and reflection.
Q: How much do the Discover Your City Tours Cost?
A: The standard Tour fee is $200. In addition if your church/group does not provide its own bus/van then buses/vans can be rented at approximately the following rates:

Q: When do I pay for the Discover Your City Tour?
A: The Total amount due for Tour is payable at the latest, the day of the Tour. The check can be made payable to City Vision. If you have collected per person than the total must be collected by a single coordinator and paid in full the day of the Tour.
Q: How many people can attend a Discover Your City Tour?
A: Past Tour groups have ranged in size from 3-55 people.
